This package defines a single object type, PRC, which is a dummy struct used as a type parameter for a custom coin. The `init` function is an entry point that creates a new currency named "PRICE" with the symbol "PRC" and a fixed decimal precision of 6. It also sets a URL for the currency's metadata. This function then transfers the newly created `TreasuryCap<PRC>` and `CoinMetadata<PRC>` objects to the transaction sender. The package essentially sets up a new fungible token, with the sender of the `init` transaction receiving the administrative capabilities for this new coin.
