This Sui package defines a new fungible token, FCT, represented by the FCT struct. The `init` function is the sole public entry point, which creates the FCT currency, mints an initial supply (implicitly, as it creates the TreasuryCap), and then transfers the TreasuryCap to the deployer. It also freezes the CoinMetadata object, making it immutable. The package primarily manages the FCT token and its associated metadata. A notable pattern is the use of `transfer::public_freeze_object` to ensure the CoinMetadata cannot be altered after creation.
