This package manages a VestingVault object, which holds a balance of TD2 tokens and a table of VestingAllocation objects. The VestingVault also maintains a list of authorized administrators. Public/entry functions allow a root admin (0x45... address) to initialize a VestingVault, and admins to add/remove other admins. Admins can deposit TD2 tokens into the vault, create new vesting allocations for recipients, and halt, resume, or cancel existing allocations. Admins can also withdraw unallocated funds from the vault. Recipients of allocations can claim their vested tokens, provided the cliff period has passed and the allocation is not halted or cancelled. Notable patterns include: - Signature/allowlist gating: `assert_root_admin` and `assert_admin` functions restrict access to certain functions based on the caller's address. - Time-gating: Vesting allocations have `start_time`, `cliff_end`, and `vest_end` fields, and `clock::timestamp_ms` is used to determine claimable amounts.
