This package defines a new fungible token, APEXAI. The `init` function creates the `APEXAI` currency, setting its name, symbol, description, and icon URL. It then transfers the `CoinMetadata<APEXAI>` object and the `TreasuryCap<APEXAI>` object to the transaction sender. The `TreasuryCap` allows for minting and burning of the `APEXAI` token.
