Finally, it transfers the `TreasuryCap<RICH>` to address `0x0` (effectively burning it or making it inaccessible) and shares the `CoinMetadata<RICH>` object publicly. This implies the package is designed to create a fixed-supply, publicly discoverable fungible token with no further minting capabilities after initialization.
