This Sui package defines a single module, `suii_sui`, which manages a custom coin type, `SUII_SUI`. The `init` function is the only public/entry point and is called once during package deployment. It creates a new currency for `SUII_SUI` with a fixed decimal precision (9), a symbol ("suiiSUI"), a name ("kasui Staked SUI"), an empty description, and a URL pointing to a base64 encoded image. The `init` function then transfers the `TreasuryCap<SUII_SUI>` to the deployer and shares the `CoinMetadata<SUII_SUI>` object publicly. The package primarily deals with the creation and initial distribution of a new fungible token.
