This package defines a single object type, FDOWN, which is a dummy struct. The `init` function creates a new fungible token (Coin) of type FDOWN, setting its metadata (name, symbol, description, icon URL, and decimals). It then freezes the CoinMetadata object and transfers the TreasuryCap for the FDOWN token to the transaction sender. This module essentially deploys a new FDOWN token and grants minting authority to the deployer.
