This package manages a `Config` object, which stores a fee percentage (`fee_bps`) and a `treasury` address, and an `AdminCap` object for administrative control. The `pay` entry function allows users to make payments in any Coin type, calculating a fee based on the `Config` and transferring it to the treasury, while the remaining amount goes to the merchant. The `update_fee` and `update_treasury` entry functions, gated by the `AdminCap`, allow modification of the `Config`'s fee percentage and treasury address, respectively. A `BlockBoltPayment` event is emitted upon successful payment. The `Config` object is shared upon initialization, while the `AdminCap` is transferred to the deployer.
