This package manages Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) of type `Nft`. The `init` function initializes the package by creating a `Manager` object, a `Display` object for the NFTs, and a `TransferPolicy` with a 5% royalty rule and a kiosk lock rule. The `withdraw_balance` function allows the publisher to withdraw SUI from the `Manager`'s balance. The `withdraw_reserved_nfts` function allows the publisher to move reserved NFTs from the `Manager` to a Kiosk. The `withdraw_royalties` function allows the publisher to withdraw accumulated royalties from the `TransferPolicy`. The `add_nft_metadata` function adds metadata for NFTs to a `Store` object. The `mint_nft` function mints a new `Nft` using metadata from a `Store`, locks it in a Kiosk, and transfers a specified amount of SUI to the `Manager`'s balance. The `update_nft` function allows updating the description, media URL, and attributes of an existing NFT within
marketplace NFT sales from analytics.sale. Net = proceeds − spend; realized trading flow, not true PnL (ignores still-held NFTs; wash trades inflate both sides).
