This package defines a single primary object type, VOL, which is a dummy struct. The package's `init` function is an entry function that creates a new fungible token (Coin) of type VOL. It initializes the currency with a name, symbol, description, and an IPFS URL for its icon. The `init` function then transfers the `TreasuryCap<VOL>` and `CoinMetadata<VOL>` objects to the sender of the transaction. This package essentially sets up a new fungible token called "Volo" with a fixed supply and provides the initial administrator (sender) with the capabilities to manage it.
