This package manages `TradeOffer` objects, which represent a proposed exchange of items between a maker and a recipient. Public functions allow creating a `new_offer`, adding items to it (`add_item`), and `share_offer` to make it active and transferable. The recipient can `start_acceptance` of an offer, which consumes the `TradeOffer` and creates a `TradeReceipt`, then `provide_item`s to fulfill their side, and finally `finalize_acceptance` to receive a `TradeLoot` containing the offered items. The maker can `cancel_offer` to reclaim their items in a `TradeLoot`, or the recipient can `refuse_offer`, returning the items to the maker. The `TradeOffer` object uses an `ObjectBag` to hold the items being offered, and `TradeLoot` is also an `ObjectBag` to hold received items. Events are emitted for `OfferCreated`, `OfferAccepted`, `OfferCancelled`, and `OfferRefused`.
