This Sui package defines a single object type, `TEST`, which is a simple struct with a boolean field. The package has an `init` function that is called once upon package deployment. This `init` function creates a new `CoinMetadata<TEST>` object and a `TreasuryCap<TEST>` object for a new custom coin type. It then mints a specific amount of this new coin (4.2 billion units) and transfers it to the sender of the `init` transaction. Finally, the `TreasuryCap<TEST>` is transferred to a hardcoded zero address (effectively burning it or making it inaccessible), and the `CoinMetadata<TEST>` object is shared, making it publicly accessible. The notable pattern here is the creation of a custom coin with a fixed initial supply, where the `TreasuryCap` is immediately disposed of, preventing further minting.
