This package defines a new fungible token called TOPTOP. The `init` function, which is called once upon package deployment, creates the TOPTOP currency with a specified name, symbol, description, and icon URL. It then mints 100,000,000,000 TOPTOP tokens and transfers them to the deployer of the package. Finally, it shares the `CoinMetadata` object publicly and transfers the `TreasuryCap` object to a hardcoded zero address, effectively burning it and preventing further minting. This means the TOPTOP token has a fixed supply and no further tokens can be created.
